The Climate & Health Actionable Research and Translation (CHART) Center aims to generate knowledge about the health risks related to climate change and translate it into action through partnerships to enhance health. The Administrative Core (Admin Core) provides leadership, organization, and identity for the CHART Center. It regularly assesses the Center’s progress and implements necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and leverages resources to respond to diverse and evolving needs of the Center’s research, community engagement, and capacity building activities.
The CHART Center structure supports its vision to advance and translate research on the health impact of climate change-related risk factors to improve health in vulnerable urban populations. The Director, Deputy Director, Evaluator, and Administrator oversee and coordinate Center activities with guidance from various committees.
